Power-to-X: Hydrogen Transport
The client is developing a project to supply a methanol production facility with hydrogen and carbon dioxide. H2 shall be generated via electrolysis using wind power as an energy source. CO2 shall be captured directly from the ambient air. The electricity generating and methanol production sites are located at a great distance from each other. Thus, a transport of either energy or media is required. These two options are being investigated, Electricity transport and transport of H2 and CO2.
