Pre-feasibility study for green hydrogen fertilizers, Kenya
Fichtner was commissioned to prepare a pre-feasibility study for the establishment of green hydrogen and green fertilizer production in Kenya. The overall objective of this assignment was to gain a better understanding of possible project structures that would enable development financing. These structures were developed and critically reviewed in preparation for project funding. The pre-feasibility study included the identification of a suitable project location, analysis of the project structure, technical due diligence, and the assessment of potential investors.
