Concept study for an e-fuel plant
The client intends to produce synthetic fuels from green hydrogen in a location with low green-electricity costs. In a first project step, Fichtner assessed different options for the production of synthetic fuels based on a 300 MW electrolyser using renewable electricity and producing more than 35.000 tons of hydrogen per year. The developed concepts were discussed with potential suppliers and tentative price quotations were obtained. At last, a project schedule was established as a basis for further project development.
